A sneak preview occurred today when Family Foundation School (FFS) art teacher and icon painter Yuri Kuchukov shared his latest creation, “Our Lady of Guadalupe,” with FFS President Mike Argiros. The image, painted with oils on linen, will be installed in the Family School Chapel when Yuri and his wife Natalya return from their annual trip home to Russia.
Over the past dozen years Yuri has contributed many icons and wall murals to the chapel, creating a unique artistic setting for our community worship and contemplation.
